VisionLand officials accepted a $5.25 million bid Tuesday from San Diego-based Team ProParks to purchase the bankrupt park. The authority, comprising 11 Birmingham area communities with a financial stake in VisionLand, owes bondholders $90 million and creditors $10 million.
