Viacom splits, Paramount Parks land under CBS Corp.

Viacom is splitting the company into two units, Viacom and CBS Corp. Viacom will include the cable and entertainment brands, while CBS Corp. will include the CBS and UPN television networks, as well as Paramount Parks.
