Mark Jackson returned to Polk County from England amazed by the family-like atmosphere he found at Merlin Entertainments Group's Legoland Windsor theme park near London. Jackson, executive director of Polk County Tourism and Sports Marketing, said he believes that's what separates the Legoland parks from parks operated by the Walt Disney Company.
