Kentucky panel approves incentives for Bluegrass Boardwalk

The operators of Bluegrass Boardwalk cleared a major hurdle Wednesday afternoon. The Kentucky Tourism Development board approved nearly $4 million in tax cuts for the group looking to replace Kentucky Kingdom.
