In a letter dated Sept. 12, an attorney contacted West Mifflin Solicitor Donald Fetzko on behalf of Kennywood Entertainment Co., notifying the borough that his client feels exploited by the borough's amusement tax. The park has obtained records that allegedly show the park has paid all or nearly all of the tax, despite other businesses being classified as amusement businesses.
