Billy Hurley, general manager of the Dolphin Conservation Center at Marineland, is in charge of the slick new image this historic tourist attraction is carving out for itself with a multi-million-dollar renovation. Hurley hopes to display new facilities worth $10 million next to the old ones in July -- with new pools where people can swim with dolphins, not just watch them -- and a renewed mission.
