At least one response has been promised by Friday’s 4 p.m. deadline for potential operators of the abandoned Kentucky Kingdom amusement park to respond to the state’s request for proposals. A group led by Louisville investor Ed Hart — who operated Kentucky Kingdom for nearly a decade up through the 1990s before he sold it to Six Flags for about $80 million — will submit a proposal. But any other responses may remain unknown.
