First Coaster: Apollo

magnum count :2166

First park: BGW

First Coaster: Loch Ness Monster. Started off the day on this one, ended the day on this one... 3 rides in a row right before closing, the last two with out even changing seats.

Well, if everything goes according to plan, my wife and I will be at SFStL to ride The Boss as our first coaster of the 2002 season. This will be a new coaster and park for us.

I think this is a pretty darn good way to start the season.

Mine was Kraken in February. My next one will probably be something at SF Stl when my wife and I go to process our season passes.

something about S:RoS (SFNE)...drives me nuts, that 210 ft. drop and all that airtime and those incredible helixes, I love it! Then I'll go off to the other coasters like Cyclone, Mind Eraser (ugh!), and Flashback (ugh! ugh!).

I definetlty agree, SROS is seriously addicting, I'm not sure if I will be able to fight against it's power when walking to B:TDK. BTW, I hope that "Ugh!" Was toward Mind Eraser and Not Cyclone, ;).

Mt first coaster ride of the season was Woody Woodpecker's Nuthouse Coaster with my little 5 year-old.

There--I said it and I'm proud of that, too.

My 1st Coaster of 2002 was FoF at PKI, followed not long after by SoB (WoW, I Love that Coaster!!)

My 1st Coaster at my Home Park will be S:UE!!

My first coaster of the season will be either BKF, Villain, X-Flight, or S:UE. I can't decide between those 4 because they are all so awesome!

I can't think of a good signature.

Mine was a TOGO! Manhattan Express in late march. I liked the ride actually. A little rough, but the twist and dive was sweet. The only drawback was that it was 10 bucks per lap. Yeow! My first PARK this year was SFMM the next day, which was OK. (didn't quite live up to my expectations). The sad thing is that is has so much potential, but it was completely wasted in HORRIBLE service.
My first coaster of the 2002 season was FOF at PKI. And boy could I tell I hadn't ridden a coaster in several months. I was gritting my teeth all the way through the launch- it really got my stomach! :)

It will probably be the Beast on May 24. This year is going to be an "off-year" for me (after riding coasters in 7 states last year.... my first "big" year ever).

GO CARDINALS!!!

The first ride of the season on a steel coaster will be either S:ROS or B:TDK at SFNE on opening day. The first ride on a wooden coaster will be the Yankee Cannonball at Canobie on the next day. :)

My first coaster of the season was Flight of Fear at Kings Island. Got to ride through the first half of the ride with the work-lights turned on!

My first coaster of the year was Space Mountain at the Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World.

I'm guessing my first coaster of the season will be Excalibur at Valleyfair.

I rode Vortex at PKI first. Just because it was the closest to Tomb Raider. Even though it didn't open.
