You & Season Passes?

I was wondering what on average do you spend for your season passes every year? I spend around $300 for a Six Flags park & parking pass, Worlds of Fun pass, Holiday World pass, Silver Dollar City Pass, & Celebration City Pass. A good deal as far as I'm concerned? So what passes do you buy?

This year my family and I are going to be getting SF passes from SFDL and CF passes from CP. We live in central PA- but we're planning a trip to Cali this summer and would like to get into SFMM, SFMW, and KBF easier. :)

I've often wondered from time to time, how to write good poetry- and make it all... Work.
Just a Six Flags season pass from SFGAm for myself and my daughter.

My pass: $70.00

Daughter's pass: $70.00

Parking pass: $40.00

Total: $180.00

My favorite MJ tune: "Billie Jean" which I have been listening to alot now. RIP MJ.

Holy Crap Chitown! here in good ol Missouri I pay $60.00 for my pass and only $20.00 for my parking pass! I'm lucky! YAY!

Same boat as you Wildfire. I have the WOF/OOF pass, SFStL/SFHHStL pass, SDC/CC/WWB pass. Only thing that will suck for me on the whole parking pass thing is that I am moving to Normal/Bloomington IL in August (so I will be living halfway between SFGAm and SFStL - I'll have to buy ANOTHER parking pass to park at SFGAm). :(

I think the SFDL pass is something like $40 or $45. Not bad at all...

Got my full Cedar Fair pass (parking at CP, and Joe Cool so it stays with me, not the car) for $85 and renewed my SF for $57. No parking for SFWoA, I don't plan on being there *that* much and if I am, well its not really that much money in the scheme of things. $300 seems like a lot - do you really have the time to visit to get a good return on that money? I don't even know if I'll get a good return on mine this year ...

Brett, Resident Launch Whore Anti-Enthusiast (the undiplomatic one)
CP season pass w/ Joe Cool for my husband and I - $200

SFWoA pass for me, my hubby and my daughter - $150

Now if only Kennywood offered season passes.

For my wife and myself:

2 Cedar Point Combo passes with parking - about 300

2 Six Flags KY Kingdom Passes - 80

2 King's Island Passes - 160? don't remember exactly how much these were

We get alot of mileage out of those though as we may hit:

CP, MIA, PKI, PCW, SFWOA, SFGAM, SFKK, SFSTL and WOF

We aren't gettign Holiday world passes as we usually only make it once especially without SRM.

Ugh these threads suck cause they make me realize how much I spend on this crap. :)

CP pass - $90
SFoG pass and parking - $40/$25
IOA/USF annual - $106
BGT/SWF annual - $90/year
Dollywood pass - $60

(I think I'm skipping a Paramount pass this year but not sure yet...)

Total - $411

Thanks for making me figure that out. :-P

OMG I have a new sig!!!
Approximately $80 for my own. I live about 75 minutes from both Great Adventure and Dorney, but I just don't go to Dorney all that much. And with me being at school, I'm about a half-hour from each park now, so the value is huge. (Makes me glad I scored no classes on Fridays!)

It all depends on when and where we get them, Last year:

Got CP passes for around $89

CLP season passes for $60

that was it for last year so for 2 people that came to about $300.

This year:

We have SFWOA vouchers we bought last year for $30, only got them because they were cheap and we are going to be in MD and MA this year for weddings, usually we don't bother with SF passes.

Probably going to get CLP passes guessing they will be around $60

Most likely will get CP passes again, at the park I think their $99, but hoping like last year someone will have them cheaper like Topps or someone else.

Depending on how my work schedule looks I might get Paramount passes also, if I have a light schedule like I did last year.

For me the expense isn't to bad, I'm the type of person that makes sure I get my money's worth. Plus SP's get me out of other things, so I can justify the expenses. *** Edited 2/6/2004 6:54:09 PM UTC by Snap43***

Usually I get a SF pass, but this year, I am just got a Hersheypark pass....$85, which included parking.

No further explanation needed. I'm hopelessly lost.
I will be buying a seasonpass only for SFGAM for me and my other 4 family members as well as a season park pass.
But i have already bought my 5 day park hopper pass for wdw and a 5 day pass for USF/IOA and i wish they were as cheap as SFGAM's passes!!
I only buy an SF pass & it's a bit cheaper for SFA this year as opposed to last year.

Last years pass was around $63 to $65 because I purchased it from safeway, this years pass however was only around $50 to $55 or so & I was able to get it during FF at the end of the 03 season.

I think for 05 I'm gonna take a "wat & see" approach before buying a pass...I'd like to at least see a little something come to the park first.

Combining a busy summer with the one vacation Im going on (Florida) this will be the first time in 5 years that I wont be getting season passes. Im sure that Ill squeeze one CP and SFGAm trip in there but its not economical for me this year. The past 5 years Ive gotten CF (fliped between Valleyfair! and WOF when I could get down to Kansas City for the better rate) and SF (SFGAm because of the parking pass) season passes.

While I will miss the freedom of season passes Disney Sea World BGT and Universal in June will ease that pain :).

I bought my CP season pass for $135 ($85 regular pass with $30 parking and $15 JCC), and I'll eventually renew my SF pass at SFWOA. The PKI pass is also on the block for renewal as I'll be hitting the park at least twice this year, and hopefully I'll get to PCW.
Idlewild & Soak Zone season pass: $39.95, that's the only park I return to more than 4 times a season.

Hmmm,

$85.99 for PKI

$99.95 plus $15 for CP (Joe Cool included)

$39.99 for SFKK...

about $240. Not too shabby.

Family of four: two adults and two (under 48") kids.

Four Cedar Point Combo passes, plus one parking pass: $445.

One SFMW pass (for me while on business trips--there's always a park somewhere close by): $60.

Four DL/DCA "low-season" passes (Spring Break trip): $420

Yikes! $925 for 2004! And I haven't set foot in a park yet. Who's bright idea was it to add all this up again?
