WT is topped!

According to Steph (who knows these kinds of things) the lake more or less rises on a twelve-year cycle, and it's at the bottom of the cycle. That means six years from now the levels will likely be higher, but it still isn't going to get even remotely close to the ride. Look at Avalanche Transport... its supports are just as far out on the beach and they've been there forever.

If you check the webcam right now, you'll see something odd.  Does it seem like that piece is just suspended in mid-air or is it just some wierd reflection?  It is about 9:15 right now.
