Worth a 3 hour drive to Knoebel's?

3r1c- Throw the wild mouse in and you have yourself a deal! I honestly think Hershey's wildmouse is one of the best in existence.

Marimba Guy, unfortunatly Hersheys Wild Mouse is the only wild mouse coaster I've ridden, so I can't compare it to others built, but I do think its one hell of a little ride. I hate how it always has 45 minute lines when I go there :( But I dunno, 2 coasters for 1? I don't think Whirlwinds worth Wildmouse and Sidewinder...

3r1c, am I reading this right....you'll give up SDL and a mouse (Hershey's is good, but NOT in the top tier IMO) for V2 all by itself...don't get me wrong, V2 is probably my favorite Impulse, but SDL is a *classic*...you'd have to work REAL hard to wrassle that sucker away from me...(of course, as noted earlier, not mine to trade, LOL).

SFGA, I really didn't *rob* Whizzer at all.....it was a pretty fair exchange, 1 Anton classic for another....and I had some pretty serious "buyer's remorse" after getting in about 4 laps on Scorpion yesterday. Belive me, I love the Whizzer...a lot...and I think you'll soon feel the same way abut the only operating N. American SilverArrow...it is REALLY good...I did mention the lapbars, right...;)

Sorry, 'Gator, no matter what we get in return, I'm a afraid it was robbery. Nothing can replace the sentimental value of good ol' Whizzer (and are you sure you really want it? It'll take twenty years for the trees to grow in enough that the ride will be remotely exciting...).

MarimbaGuy, sold!!! We could use a good wild mouse, and another Schwartzkopf looper would fit, I am sure. V2 is a fine ride, but I think you might end up regretting it after about 5 rides, or so.

'Gator, if it were acutally a real trade, I wouldn't do it because to all the little kiddies at Hershey, it's the big coaster with a loop.Personally, I only like the helix, the loop is ok but the trip along the ravine was painful, even worse than Hercules when I rode it in '02. But if I wanted to ride a Schwarzkoph (sp?) looper, I could just head over to Dorney ;)
