Technically, Moonsault Scramble was the first to 200, Tower of Terror the first to 300, and Superman - The Escape was the first to 400...

Fine sirloindude, Cedar Point built the first full-circuit coasters to reach 200, 300, and 400 feet. ;-) I had heard of Moonsault Scramble before, but I had to look it up on RCDB to find out what it was like. I read it reportedly pulled 6.2 g's. Is that true?

I was on the Orlando Eye the weekend before last, and I was trying to remember which block it was supposed to be on. A total lack of construction anywhere did not help me remember.
