Will W.T. take some of the thunder away from M.F?

Both times I've gone to the Point I just park in the back parking lot, it makes waiting in lines so much better.  As for the question I really don't think the Wild Thing at Valleyfair will do much to effect Millenium Force's lines outside of the Upper Midwest region.

It'd be my guess that the two lines wouldn't be effected by one another.

Excalibur Crew for 2002!

Thats the whole point, just like SFNE is getting Batman to get people away from S:ROS

Out of the coasters i've ridden here is what I rank them overall:(ive been to canobie lake and SFNE)
1. S:RoS 2. Yankee Cannonball 3. Riverside Cyclone 4. Canobie
Corkscrew 5. Thunderbolt 6. Galaxy 7. Mind Eraser 8. Dragon coaster 9. poison ivy's tangl
One thing, I don't think was brought up, is when the "running of the bulls" or the "Millennium Run" takes place, people will have already have been riding Millennium Force and Wicked Twister. Resort guests get in 30 minutes before had to ride Wicked Twister and Millennium Force and Joe Cool memebers are allowed in early on certain days.

Wicked Twister will help spread out crowds, since it is the opposite side of tha park than Millennium Force. But I still think Millennium Force will be the "big" thing. After talking to many people last year(who came to the Point for the first time), they said the main reason they came to Cedar Point was to ride Millennium Force and Magnum.

Personally, I say head for the back of the park and work to the front. I disagree with going to Millennium Force first, as that can sometimes be the longest the line will be during the day. After some research, I found that people would ride the Force in the morning(to start their day) then ride it again later into the night(for a night ride). The back of the park is nearly dead until amlost noon, allowing you to ride Mine Ride, Mean Streak, Gemini, and Magnum with little or no wait. Head towards the front, hitting Raptor, Blue Streak, Wicked Twister, Diaster Transport. Then mid-afternoon, hit Millennium Force, Iron Dragon, Wildcat. I have seen days where some of the shortest lines for Millennium Force was in the afternoon, since most of the running in the morning(the people most hyped about the ride) have already rode it. If it is possible, ride Mantis later into the night.

Park in the Soak City lot, enter at resort entrance, ride Magnum, proceed clockwise (but Blue Streak before Raptor).

If you can sprint 3/4 of a mile, head to MF and blow away the rest of the bulls. :)

Did Disaster Transport get a face lift, or anything upgraded for the 2002 season? 'Cuz the lines are gonna be larger for that ride since its getting a new neighbour...

I still don't understand why you would ask if Wild Thing would steal Millennium Force's thunder.  For one thing they are in different parks - states away, and secondly Millennium Force was built several years after Wild Thing was built, so why would this year be any different.

What?  You say that WT now means Twisted Wicker? Oh!  I'm so sorry, my bad :)

Actually, one of the more reliable posters over at GTTP mentioned somthing like --what's not to say it would get a different theme this year?;)-- This was said when people were asking why CP hadn't updated or maintained the theming. This poster was one that went with Jeff to the construction site at Cedar Point, so here's hoping! :)
