Why Two Features At The Same Time?

On the main page, there are two things under the features section, "New and Improved" and "Coaster Buzz T-shirts."

Why are there two there? Shouldn't there be just one? It looks a lot better with one feature there.

And there is already a link for the CB T-shirts under the Tool section. So there is no need for the picture and link for the CB T-shirt under the Feature section.

What the hell difference does it make? Now you want to start making design decisions about the site and about what I want to promote?

Coasterbuzz is fine just the way it is.

What's your problem Jeff? I just wanted to know why there was two features at the same time.

And you don't have to have the photo of the CB shirt when there is a link in the Tools section.

You're right, Jeff probably does need/want another hobby! Unfortunately, he doesn't have time because he is:

A) upgrading servers
B) moderating noise, and...
C) working a full time job

...so YOU can have a place to gripe about TWO features instead of ONE? Let's think it over for a minute. And we wonder why places like Danimation close up shop?

He kind of runs the site. I'd be a bit worried if he didn't have a lot of posts.

As for the "Features" thing, does it really matter that there's 2 of them? No. Just be thankful that in these days of coaster sites closing down, Jeff continues to run and maintain CoasterBuzz...

Amen, Gregleg. I can't imagine how much work Jeff puts into this site, but I'm very thankful he does. It seems that many coaster sites (both good and bad) are starting to dissappear, but at least there's still Coasterbuzz!

What the heck Stealth!? I don't get what is wrong with that at all! Maybe new people to site might not know to go through shortcuts to find t-shirts, it's called advertising. Yeah, umm, I'd say you need the hobby there...

Hey look... If keeping the photo of the T-Shirt up helps sell more shirts, then Jeff is making more money. From the amount of cash out of his pocket he spends on the site every month, I'd say just keep the ad up forever, so as long as it is creating some sort of income for Jeff and the site.

On top of that, I'm sure he made a good invesment getting the shirts made, and wants to see a good return on them as well.

The fact is, without proper advertising, the shirts just won't sell.

OUCH! If there is anything we Buzzers can do to help let us know. We are so insensitive to what you spend to keep us happy. I am more than willing to make a donation to ease the pain of the bill. BTW I already donate to other "worthy" causes such as NYC Firefighters fund and Salvation Army.
