Why some PTCs without seatbelts?

Dave: With all due respect (and big ups for the almanac, no doubt) the whole restraint nomenclature issue seems as relevant as the "What's a mouse?" discussion a couple weeks back--trivial at best.

Basically, if a guy walks in to a coaster manufacturer, smacks down a cashable check and says his new coaster is a mouse, not a mouse or a cock-a-roach-a-coaster I can think of a few million reasons why he's right. Same difference with what (s)he chooses to call the restraints. I don't care what they call the restraints on Cyclops--long as I'm flying on 'The Drop,' no?

NOTE: Severe fecal impaction may render the above words highly debatable.

'Playa, I tend to agree with you on that...I was just seeking out the answer to the original question. :)
