why is the server refusing my connection?

Lately when i go to get into the forums, the site doesnt come up, but instead a message saying that the server is rufusing my connection. Any idea what it could be?

It's not the server. There a back bone was knocked out on the east coast and traffic has been iffy to a lot of places this morning.

Remember that browser messages are mostly useless in diagnosing the problem.

Thanks. Its working fine now, but I just wanted to point it out. And jdancisin, it happened every 3-5 times i tried to click on a link.
