Thanks for the invite, Nasai. You seem like a fun person to vacation with. Maybe next time. :-(

First off, I have to answer Janfrederick: Yes, dude. Some files are online. You know where. Click my link! Rough, but there. :)

It looks to me like many many of you will be able to spend some time with me at PKI, SFKK, and the SRM weekend. GREAT!!!! I would really love some company at SFGam, though, and certainly at CP! Who wants to hit the new Intamin by himself? Not me! :) CP lady, take the whole week off. Why not, eh? It would be a blast, and we can run with the bulls!

Chris, you say you might be able to accompany moi? Say it ain't so!! Too cool.. What happened to Con? Bass and Moosh scare the crap out of you, you say? Yeah....... me too. ;)

Anyone else, please drop me a line ASAP. I want to buy my airplane tix today or tomorrow. I can't wait any longer. Thanks! iamdrumgod@juno.com

Nah, those goons don't scare me...Reality set in pretty hard, and it's just not a feasible trip for me this year.

I'll call you after lunch.

Aw, you should all just go on the Con trip, keep the CPG together...

SRM suxors anyways. :-)

Chris, dawn, Rob....just letting you know ASAP....your presence (presents, presences, whatever)...are absolutely and without exception REQUIRED for Solace '04. There are no excuses, no Doctors notes (not *even* from Dr. Thrill). So mark your calendars now, 'cause Solace '04 is our first *official* gathering, and we need to meet quarantine, er, um....quorum. Just not decorum, since that is NOT required, requested, or even desirable...;)

Wait, nasai - what dates are we dealing with, exactly? I'm flying home to Chicago the week of Memorial Day, and was planning to do a solo trip out to CP on the 28th, followed by PKI on the 29th. Is that close?

Nasai, I took your advice and now have that entire week off. I doubt my hubby would appreciate me spending the ENTIRE week with some young buck, tho.

So just let me know the day you'll be going to CP and I'll be there.

Oh yeah! As it stands, (and it is bound to vary ever so slightly) I will be making my mark on CP on Wednesday, May 28th, but I fully intend on getting there in the evening of the 27th for some pre-CP fun, and a room at Breakers. I don't know if I can stay the whole day on the 28th, as I will be needing to get south to the Cincinnati area for the next days PKI extravaganza. Man, I wish I just lived there. It would be so much easier. Again, as it stands, the 30th-June 2nd looks all swell, and taken by SRM, IB, and ending with Chris at SFGam on Monday the 2nd of June. Who knows? Someone said we might even take an insane side trip on Saturday morning to SFStl! :):):) That is bonkers, but I am in if it happens! Somebody else can drive that day!

BTW, If anyone dares offer, I would gladly take you up on your wonderful hospitality to put a poor drummer up for the night in any home near one of these wonderful parks. ;)

Rob, just remind me when you land in Chicago. I assume you will be hitting SFGAm first so I would be able to keep you company for this park.

So where are flying into,

O'Hare?

Midway?

Meigs Field? Ooops, wait, you cant land there now thanks to Mayor Daley and his wrecking crew. :)

Hey now!! I would like to think that I am a viable strapping, young man. (No, I didn't say strap-**, Moosh) Perhaps I am not, but I do play one on stage.

Scott, as far as things seem to be going, it looks as though I will be completing my run with SFGam instead of starting it there. It looks like this is the order, as I got pricing on tix today, and man $168 for roundtrip ain't bad!!! - Fly in May 26th, get rental car. Drive as far as possible depending on flight time. Drive towards CP, but maybe past and sneak in SFWoa or bypass and hit MiA. Hit CP on Tuesday night (for a nightcap, not sure of this possibility yet), but for sure Wednesday, May 28th. Drive South, stay in Cinci. PKI on the 29th. Get up later.... go to SFKK on the 30th (morning)- hit the lame rides. Drive to HW for fun fun fun fun fun! Either hit the waterpark the next day, but MAYBE go (insanely) to SFstl for the day by driving the round trip of 7+ hours just to hit Boss. Drive back, and hit HW for ERT that night, and party party party!!! RV fun for the masses.. or not! Sleep in really really late! Drive to IB for a late(r) day. Hit the afternoon pass, and ride Cornball till I am blue. ;) Drive north to Chitown, and stay with Chris or Scott or whoever will actually have me. ;) Get up (slowly), and hit SFGam for the final nail in my coffin, then sleep as much as I can, then sadly fly home to my coaster starved NW. Just in time for the opening of Timberhawk at SFEV!!! Nyah nyah nyah nyah nyah!!!! :):):):)

Any takers?

If you were at SFSTL on June 1st you would be able to meet up with me and the Coaster Zombies as we kick off our tour of the Ozarks!

If I didn't have plans for a coaster trip already I'd deffinately go with you. My flights already booked and have a downpayment on the trip. Backing out would be kinda tough, and I never hit any of the parks were hitting.

If your in the Knoebels area somtime this summer look me up!

Now it would be tempting to drive to MiA (3 hours west of me). But since I'm for sure hitting CP the next day, and then heading to SRM...I'll have to think about that one. It would defnitely be more coasters in one week than I've ever hit before.

Nasai, sounds like a more compressed version of my 2002 trip. SFKK,SRM at HW, PKI, IB, SFGAm, MIA, KW, SFWoA and CP in eight days. I would love to get my motorcycle on some of thoses insanely tight and twisty Southern Indiana roads.

Peabody, best of luck to ya. My brain injuries were a result of slamming my head into the pavement at Willow Springs Raceway. I'm much better now. ;)
