Normally I go or meet up with some of my friends at the parks, or my dad will sometimes join me as he has been riding coasters since the Euclid Beach days. But many times, I will just go to a park on my own. As I mentioned once before in a post, I sometimes like going solo. There's no bickering as to what to ride next, no arguing over where to eat, and in many cases, I get to meet new people. The folks in the queues at Kennywood were especially friendly and even after they found out I was a Cleveland Browns fan, they were still very nice. The only downside to visiting Kennywood solo is not being able to ride the Thunderbolt. I know they'll team up single riders, but the one time I did that, a MUCH larger person than me was already in the car (I weigh a paltry 147 pounds... and have been losing weight lately)... which resulted in a rather painful whirlwind section!
