Where do you plan to go next year?

As the year winds down most parks are now closed for the season. I cannot help but wonder what parks do all of you plan to visit next year? For starters I'll be visiting the parks in Pennsylvania and Western New York next summer. With Waldameer and Knoebals getting new Woodies (Along with new Steelies for Hershey and Canada's Wonderland) This is where "The Action will be" in 2008. What about the rest of you?
We already have most of our trips planned.

Great Adventure and a yet to be determined PA park in May sometime.

Canada's Wonderland and Cedar Point over July 4th weekend.

Dollywood, King's Dominion and Busch Gardens Europe sometime later in the season.

Since I'll be back in FL in 2008, I'll hit up most (if not all) the central and southern Florida parks at some point too.

CP and KI multiple times (home park(s), SP.)

Might be in Vegas in March (unsure if Ill ride any coaster though, but if I do go all the Stratosfear stuff will be cant miss)

If all goes according to plan, Holiday World for the spring event there.

Dollywood as part of the HW weekend is also in the mix (depending on the $ I have.)

And the thing Im looking forward to the most: my triumphant return to the park that started it all to me, after nearly a 10 year absence, Canobie Lake Park. Long Live the Yankee Cannonball :).

2022 Trips: WDW, Sea World San Diego & Orlando, CP, KI, BGW, Bay Beach, Canobie Lake, Universal Orlando

Definite:Dorney,Great Adventure
Probably:Hershey,Morey's,Gillian's Wonderland Pier, Playland's Castaway Cove
Possibly:Busch Garden's Europe, Knoebels

Hershey and Morey's are not in the definete category because I was sure I was going to get to both this year and didn't get to Morey's and barely was able to get to Hershey and if my situation at work doesn't change by next spring/summer, I'll be lucky to get anywhere other than Dorney and Great Adventure.

I really want to make it out to Hard Rock Park, but I'm not sure how I can get down there.
Definite: Knoebels, Dorney, SFNE
Possible: Other new england parks
Hope: Hershey, Coney Island
I am very seriously considering doing a slow-paced year of small trips and places I don't always get to, and hopefully some I haven't been to before - there may actually be a few of those left. I am also considering not buying any big-chain season passes for the first time in a few decades. I'm not mad at anyone (well, actually, I kinda am), I'm not yelling "boycott", I just want to do it a little different and see how I like it. If there's something at a SF or CF park that's new that I want to ride or if some friends want to go here or there and I don't want to skip out - and I don't picture either of those happening more than once or twice - then I'll just buy a ticket like anyone else. I'm looking forward to Knoebels, Waldameer, hopefully Kennywood & Idlewild & Lakemont & DelGrosso's, really REALLY hopefully Conneaut Lake, maybe Hershey, maybe some New England parks, where I haven't been in ages (there's an ACE event up there in August), the seashore spots, and some southeastern parks around the ACE convention - Lake Winnie, Ghost Town, Alabama Adv, etc. And Hard Rock, that's looking cooler every day.

I've only ridden it the past two years but it's running insanely well, I'd think. You'll be very pleased on your return. :) Such an underrated coaster.

Hard Rock Park is going to be awesome! I'm trying to get my band mates and their kids to go with me.

I haven't really planed anything else yet.

The usual suspects, to be sure: Cedar Point, Kings Island, Ge...Ge...gee, it's the off-season already. We'll be hitting Waldameer and Kennywood multiple times next year, probably all the western PA parks at least once.

I'm thinking about instituting a regular 4th of July trip to SW Ohio. Visits to Strickers, KI a couple times, and Coney Island. It just makes sense to work all those in to one 4-5 day trip.

I usually go on one long amusement park trip each summer, encompassing seven to twelve parks. I doubt I'll be able to afford that one next year, so we'll probably just make a couple extra shorter trips. I'd like to do another Darien Lake (haven't been there in years!)/Martins Fantasy Island/Marineland combo, possibly with a side trip up to CW for Behemoth. One must do: I have to finally get to IB for the first time.

We have our annual "thaw-out" trip to WDW late February. A trip in early August to the Dells. Both of those are with the family. I'm angling to get one more trip to somewhere or another with just the Mrs. in May.

I know I'll be hitting Cedar Point multiple times and Holiday World for any events, but the big trip for next year is beginning to take shape. In August, I'll hopefully be hitting Waldameer, Kennywood, Knoebels, Hershey, Dorney, Great Adventure, Lake Compounce, 6 Flags New England, and Canadas Wonderland all in one exhausting week. Also, I'm hoping to get to Kings Dominion and BGE when I'm in D.C. for a wedding next July.
CP all summer.:)

Especially since this is my first year with a season pass.

And possibly a few Six Flags parks here and there. *** Edited 11/3/2007 4:51:42 PM UTC by Parker17***

RIDE ON!

I'm hoping for SFMM, and SFOT. I don't know about Indiana Beach just yet, but I'm also thinking about that. In 2009, I'm thinking SFStL, and SFOG.
HWN/Beech Bend, SFKK

Mid/Late June
Knoebels, Dorney, Coney, Altantic City parks, Morey's SFGADV, Hershey

Many stops at PKI, at least one CP trip

2009
Camden, Dominion, Busch W, Carowinds, HRP and other MB parks
SFOG, That park down near Chatanooga, Dollywood

That is all. Probably about 90 new credits in there including MOM and SON of MOM

I have a planned trip to Dorney,Hershey and maybe SFGADv since these are my home parks. I'll get a CF season pass but adding Hershey plus SFGADv may be too pricy and the Dark Knight looks the least appealing out of those parks new additions.

My definites for next year are CP,VF,MOA,MA,Little America, Mt Olympus,Timber Falls and Kings Dominion.

I also may hit ocean city NJ and Knoebels. *** Edited 11/4/2007 12:10:25 AM UTC by OP AWESOME***

I will be at VF enough next year since it is my home park. And Nick Universe will be up and running sometime by then at MOA.

I have 3 options off the top of my head right now:

1. Spend a few days at CP. It has been a while since I was there and didn't get my TTD credit the last time.

2. Head south to SFStL for Evel Kenivel and Tony Hawk, over to WOF, and then down to Branson.

3. SFOG for the big gravy buffet.

We'll see how things turn out. I'm planning to buy a house next spring so my money will get tight I'm sure.

Thanks for another great season, VF!

Well, I'm moving to Long Island NY around April or May from Greenville SC so, obviously, Great Adventure's a given. Also strong possibilities:

SFA - although honestly, I don't care if I don't.
Dorney Park
King's Dominion

I'd like to do one last Carowinds trip sometime next spring or summer since I have no family here anymore and it's my homepark but -shrug-.

I'm boycotting SFoG since they've removed thrill rides two years in a row without replacing them with other thrill rides.

Europa with TPR.

I survived a Japanese typhoon and the Togo flat ride of death!!!!!!
