Good luck in philly j.r.
At Kennywood, it's gotta be the Potato Patch Fries smothered in cheese, gravy and chili!! Otherwise, it's the unique selection of dark rides (Old Mill, Noah's Ark, Gold Rusher, and the best of them all: the Exterminator!)
sfwoa has awesome shows like the batman water ski show and the sea lion show and pirates 3d movie and you can see sharks birds penguins etc.
SFDL's laserlight show. I think it is the only six flags park with one but i could be wrong. Also that sfdl keeps the park nice and clean
Potato Patch Fries.... :)
SFMM-Superman: The Escape.
Sorry, I couldn't resist. Don't anyone argue or get mad at me, I was kidding.

year around operation
I live in Southern California and I love year around operation. Thats when I visit the parks the most.
Hmmm...The Great Escape. I can only think of a few things. They have nice atmosphere and landscaping. Jungle Land and the Storytown section are fun for the kids. Also, the tunnel from Storytown to Ghost Town is interesting. And they have The Comet.

64 coasters ridden (so far)
21 are wood and 43 are steel
At Micgans Adventure, definatly free acess into the water park, then if you just want to go in for 20 minutes you dont have to pay anything

Bugs hurt at 70 mph.
What about Waldameer Park? Potato Patch french fries! Yum! Then, there is the view of Lake Erie; Presque Isle; the city of Erie; and sometimes Canada! Lastly, there is Pirates Cove and Wacky Shack: Pirates Cove is a wonderful dark walk-through and Whacky Shack is one of the last remaining dark-rides made by Bill Tracey.

SFGAm:
Other than the coasters, the only good thing I can say about this park is that it's fairly clean; but that's about it. The food is below average and way overpriced. Most (not all) the ride ops don't care and seem to want to be somewhere else. And other than Raging Bull, there's no shade for the queue lines.
Don't get me wrong, I always have a good time here but that's because of the coasters and I believe there's several things that could be done that would make this one of the elite parks in the country.

When you all who are childless have kids, you will definately agree the smile that is on your kids face as soon as you enter the parking lot is priceless!!!!The best thing about my homepark (SFgadv) is the two kiddie parts of the park and, the flat rides with a height requirement of 42" that my son can get on, they keep my son happy and smiling for almost the whole day..

Valleyfair's free corn on the cob days. It's delicious. Oh, and a ride. Hmm, I'll have to say Chaos. Also, the lines are ALWAYS short at Valleyfair, at least when I go.

the best thing about dorney park are the people who work there. all the employees there are soo nice its unbelieveble. dorney also offers a wide range of rides to please everyone and satisfy every craving for excitement u have. they have big rides, small rides, low rides, fast rides, slow rides, kiddie rides, water rides, dry rides. and im mentioning this because in particular, alot of parks around here dont have that variety. they only cater to a certain audience. dorney caters to everyone.
Valleyfair's Power Tower 275 Feet! I'm only 20 minutes away from my home park also I get free admission, because I work there. I love S&S rides.
