Cedar Point didn't enclosed the ride for it HalloWeekends because the ride was enclosed long before HalloWeekends ever started. I belive they enclosed the ride because of water getting in the trough.

ravenguy98, It would be impossible to build anything on top of DISpatch mASTER TRANSPORT because the warehouse that the ride is not very strong.
