What were CCI's first coaster's?

Outlaw at Adventureland? It would be great to have a chronological list of their coasters. Anybody care to take a shot at that one?

Take it easy, DAC

Its all there.

Well I know that their first was Sky Princess at Dutch Wonderland! Its quite a fun ride, although aimed towards children.
Blitzjade, I believe it says family coaster on the site. And yes the Sky Princess was their first.

-----------------
over 100 coasters in the works this year for me to ride... YES!

Sky Princess is indeed a "family" coaster. It's small, but lots of fun, and not a bad first effort at all. Dutch Wonderland has themselves a perfect little "for the whole family" ride.

also the * indicates a coaster, because some of the additional info ran on to the next line

Also thanks to the Official CCI website for all of this info

No Offense, But They Are Wrong On The Locoation Of The Outlaw. It is in Altoona, Iowa

You forgot Cannonball Run in 1993

With all due respect Kyle,

Why be a pain in the butt about where parks are?

Yes the Outlaw is in Altoona which is a suburb of Des Moines. Most people know where Des Moines is but have no idea where Altoona is. It makes life a whole lot easier to say Adventureland is in Des Moines.

It is the same thing with Six Flags Great America and Magic Mountain. If someone asked where those parks are most people would say Chicago and Los Angeles not Gurnee and Valencia.

Yeah, it's pretty funny on the Six Flags site. They list Marine World (Vallejo) as San Francisco, which is fine because it is a suburb, but they list Waterworld USA with the actual city name (Concord). Vallejo is farther away from SF than Concord is!

I've been fortunate enough to ride 7 (or 6...;, I count L-O-L-A and "sista Stella" separately)) of their machines. The number will go up shortly, following our ass-ault on the Midwest...localities in IN, MI, will add to the CCI count...:)

I have the listings right here. They'eve got:

San Antonio(SFFT is really in Fiesta)

Chicago(SFGAm is really Gurnee)

Los Angeles(SFMM is really in VAlencia)

Clevland(SFWoA is really in Aurora)

Washington D.C.(SFA is definentely not in D.C. because they wouldn't allow it, nope try going into Maryland)

San Francisco(Mayor Willie was still trying to build San Fransisco's first amusement park in 2000, now you're telling me San Frannsisco has a park. Does Six Flags and Paramount know that the only park within a 90 minutes outside of San Fransisco is Children's Fairyland and Noland Park?)

Mexico City(right district wrong p[lace SFM is about 2 and a half hours away from Mexico City)

Both SFMW and PGA are less than an hour from SF.

SFNE is listed as Springfield, but it's in Agawam, just outside of Springfield.

You try getting across to Oakland from San Fransisco in less than a half hour. Then talk about the biggest mess going up 580, I traveled that route everyday, it takes an hour just to get to Hayward or Richmond, and that still not hitting Vallejo or Santa Clara.

Getting from SF to Vallejo is a mess, but you don't need to cross any bridge to get from the city to Santa Clara. Just take 101 or 280 if it's too crowded, and you are at PGA in less than 40 mins. It's irrelevant anyways, since the population of San Francisco itself is only 700,000+, and the Bay Area as a whole has 5,000,000+. Most people don't actualy live in SF. San Jose is a much larger city than San Francisco.

Oh, brilliant, so we drive through the mess of Daily City and SFO Airport, and Redwood City. Also, if you go that way you'll get into Highway 101, the biggest traffic jam in Northern California!!! You're not gonna' get out of there that fast. You can go forwards and backwards on the Bay Bridge faster than getting out of Highway 101. That's why so many people would rather do 580 and avoid that mess in San Jose. San Fransisco to Palo Alto would be about 40 minutes on a fair day, but the reason why the times isn't going to be like that is because of the big commouters, SFO Airport, South San Fran, and Daily City.

I think the site is designed to give flying destinations, not necisarily precise placs.

Texas Coasters... wow I'm lucky... IM me if you feel like talking about coasters.

The sky princess was my first rollercoaster which I rode in 92. Thats kind of cool!
