BTW, Mickey Mouse is still the most recognizable character in the world but name for me the last movie he was in.

wahoo...was it Fantasia? hmmmm...the point I make is Snoopy has no future....the family will not let anyone continue the comic strip...
However, the parents dig watching their progeny yell "LOOK! MOM! IT'S SNOOPY!" and feel pleased that they shelled out > $100 for the family to come have this wonderful bonding experience.

Eh...I dont think we should 'demand' anything. We should be happy in that Cedar Fair bought the park instead of the park sinking into oblivion which it very well could have, if Six Flags could not have sold it or turned it around.
I think you are way off on this one......
I'm highly confident that it's the Cedar Fair owned parks that have problems with attractions sinking into oblivion.....
Maybe it's because he's the second most recognizable cartoon figure behind Mickey Mouse. Ya think?
I say rides running at capacity, trash cans every thirty feet, and pleasant employees.
Children's characters can be "resurrected" from the dead with the proper amount of marketing. It seems to me that Scooby Doo is even more popular now than when he was originally on television.
I'd rather die living than live like I'm dead

I'm pretty sure it was "The Prince and the Pauper" released in 1990. Mickey played both lead roles in the most convincing split-screen photography I'd seen in a very long time...so convincing you'd think there were two mice on the screen at times. It was the short subject released along with "The Rescuers Down Under."

Doesn't that shock you though that Disney doesn't do more with it's core characters? I know there was a Goofy movie but it seems like the gang should get together on the big screen. As popular as the mouse is you'd think it would be an overwhelming success unless they really ducked it up.
