I am curious,i know that the cost of living is differant all over the US and with that being said,i am sure it has alot to do with what park SF spends the most money on.So,let's see the cost differances and,it doesn't have to be a six flags park.A burger, fries and soda cost at least $6.00 at SFGadv.Let's face it,SF is going to spend the same amount of money for a coaster no matter what park or state they put it in so,i am guessing SFMM has one of the highest incomes due to cost of living and SF will dump more money into a park with a higher income rate but,i am still curious as to how much it varies from State to state. If this has already been posted,my apologies and please give me a link to the post :)

Wow!!! I don't eat inside the park either so,i never took a look at what things cost seperately.I took a glance a few weeks ago at what a value meal at the park Mcdonalds costed and that's where i came up with $6.00.

$9.08 at PKI. Got the burger/fries/pop meal a couple days ago at the little place by Vortex. It wasn't bad for theme park food. If you want the best of PKI, go to Wings Diner or Potato Works.

Midway Market is the best! Not only is the food decent, the service rocks. It has now become a tradition to eat there. The heck with paying $6 and up for a "combo meal" at any of the stands. I'd rather fork over the extra $4 or $5 for all you can eat.

That place at PKI does have good food. Much better than the crap they serve at Festhaus, or whatever that place next to Action Zone is.
Now if they could just get better, thicker pizza.

$8 per plate (as much as you can get on the plate) at the spaghetti place across from Batman at SFGAm. It is decent not great. Or the buffet over in SWT by Raging Bull and Viper. That is about $10-$15 and usually is really good. It is all you can eat. And drinks are included. :)

Jeff, I never liked LaRosa's Pizza, which is served at PKI, and that is why I always eat at Wings and Potato Works.:)

Last year it was about $7 for a burger/fries/and free refills souvenier cup at the Mooseburger Lodge @ SFGAm (near Camp Cartoon Network). And That was the best non-homemade burger I've had in a long time. I'm talking up there with Fuddrucker's!

Off the topic sorry
but
Fuddruckers ROCKS
I don't like thne LaRosa's Pizza either, but it's a pretty big seller. Festhaus is horrible for the kinds of lines they get in there. Don't go there during lunch time or it will be the longest wait of the day. If I want to sit inside, I'll go to Wings(but it is a little expensive). Worst of all about Festhaus, they almost try to make you buy there large drinks which they line up hoping people will take them. I get the medium ones just because I know they've not been sitting around for 10 minutes. Another thing PKIs food dept. did to piss me off was to change the All Star Cafe to a deli. What's up with that? Oh well. There's plenty of good food to be found.

Hello, My name is Dan and I'm a coasterholic.
Hey Ms. Ricky,
I'll be going to SFA & PKD on friday. I'll make sure to make a note of what the stuff costs then. One thing though, when I *do* eat @ SFA, I go to the restaurant in Coyote Creek (the name escapes me now, but it's right next to the Renegade Rapids ride). The have a crabcake platter meal; sandwich, 2(I think)sides, and a big soda for like 9 bucks. It's really good even if a little pricey. The only other place that I've ever eaten is the Hollywood Cafe near the Flying Swings. I had a slice of pizza from there. It was good...good and terrible. I dont know what no one on the east coast knows how to make a good pizza.
I really need to get back to Chicago; Gino's-East, Uno's, Giordano's; CONNIE'S! Now *THAT'S* pizza!

Cezari's at Knoebels makes killer pizza. It's been rated best park pizza for several years in a row now.

One question cpunk: Thin or Thick crust?
jeremy

I know people at work that love LaRosa's Pizza,. My Brother's Family loves it. But 15.00 for a medium cheese covered piece of cardboard? But, it is better than the off-white colored hot dogs at the aformentioned deli.

at SFOT it runs about 8 to 9 bucks for a burger and fries together. but somes times $11 all together with a drink. That is why I get a Souviner cup that you can refill for $2.25 and I only refill about 3 times the entire day I am there.
