What do you look for in a Roller Coaster?

Air time, speed, theming, and variation. That's why the Magnum is my favorite coaster, it has all of these.
I'll got with Neil on this one -- the entrance! So coaster-crazy I'll ride clones... ;)

I suppose one thing I look for is a uniqueness to the ride, either with the coaster itself or themeing, how it is queued, anything. But even the driest reproduction would still merit a try! (Mind you, I haven't been on ANY coaster in a year...)

Long ride that has good pacing, great drops, pos g's, and some surprises!

Life is like a coaster---
You go up, down, turn-around, and upside-down...and then there's all that pressure on your head, too...
I just look for a coaster that is going to give a good ride, so i would say that i would have to look for enterance and station.

CP in 2002, get to the point
Fun. I could care less about the stats. If it is short, slow, but fun, I want to ride. If it is big, tall, fast, and boring. I could live without it.
I do like airtime, but what I really like is mystery. I don't like knowing the coasters entire layout before I ride it. I love it when a coaster surprises me with a drop here or a turn there that I did not expect. There is nothing worse than predictability on a coaster, unless of course you've ridden it a thousand times.
