What are the 10 oldest park's open?

Somewhat off the topic, but I remember going to Midway park when I was young. At that age I thought it was really great.

Other coasters were torn down, Blue Streak was the first new one.

Correct me if I am wrong, and off topic but, didn't CP get Blue Streak from Riverview park in Chicago. I am probably wrong, but if someone can comment on that thanks.
The Blue Streak was built from scratch. Arnolds Park in Iowa is the oldest park operateing west of the Mississippi. Nobody knew that one, did they? Knotts was there since the 1930's, but didn't do the ride thing until after WWII. If you go to IAAPA, the Knotts family and the Koch family will argue (friendly) over who was the first themer. Way before Disneyland.

Cedar Point never closed. Neither technically did Conneaut Lake. The 2 seasons the amusements did not run, the campground and marina was still open, therefore revenue was created. Technically.
