Waterslides on Junkyard Wars in backround.......

The one with the waterslide towers? Last Wednesday; that would have been the Street Cleaners episode on 12/26/2001.

This makes cable television so tempting. I am currently only able to watch Junkyard Wars a few times a year.

It really is one of the few shows on TV I really care to see.

I'm just happy that I'm not the only Junkyard Wars geek around here :) I found it funny on the episode the other day (white water power boats) that they had to censor the Scrap Heap Challenge banner that was over the river.

So really, that episode (street sweepers) could've been anywhere, LA or UK. I would need to see that episode again because I have too much time, and I can tell the differences in the building areas and stuff.

No they transported the boats this week from england to california, once again its the Bristish scrap yard with all the british cars etc etc they are all left had drive and I serioulsy doubt they would send all that bristish junk in the form of an entire junkyard over here. The boats are easy, a small cargo plane would easily do the trick.

Does CCI know how to make a bad coaster?
As much as I love the show, it can't compare to The Secret Life of Machines!

I always thought Tim and Rex should've done a roller coaster :)

It's apparently shot in L.A. Check the Scrapheap site.

Click on "The Show",  then "FAQ".  Third question down.
