Was SFGAdv being un-Six Flags-like?

Did I not just say that I wasn't complaining?

Doesn't really look like Six Flags has a trend of neming all their hypers after Superman. Also, both Goliaths and Titan are 2-abreast and aren't Supermans, so it's three on three with that theory.

Oh Come on you are calling S:TE a hyper now? Get out.

SFNE Freak noone said you were complaining we were just saying. Why do "people" complain when a six flags park is original. You are asking us a question that we don't know the answer to and it is common sense a park is not going to name a pink, yellow, and blue b&m hyper coaster S:ROS. I know for sure that sfgadv's is going to save a superman name for a 4d or most likely a b&m flyer. Hopefully next year we can get a woody and the year after which is the parks 35th anniversary we should see a superman flyer just like sfog did on their anniversary.
People complain when Six Flags themes, people complain when they don't. People complain when they use a superhero name, they complain when they don't. People complain...period. If I were Six Flags I'd hardly take either as a sign that I was doing something wrong. Even the people who do complain can't make up their minds what they actually want. Sheeze!

Six Flags Mexico, did you see Magic Mountain written anywhere on that line? No!!!

I dont see any Superman at SFM... It says rumored to be a hypercoaster, and plus, how do you know the seat layout?
ok here goes. Titan and Goliath (SFMM) are both Giovanola coasters. Goliath (SFHolland) is an Intamin being built. All of the Supermans are Intamin coasters that have been built earlier than 2001. I think the superman name was used on the Intamins, and it is now dropped. :-)

The coaster is by Chance-Morgan for one thing. Two, the trains were at the IAAPA convention, ask Jeff if you don't believe me. Also, the name translates to Superman:The Escape, plus it is not a rumored hyper coaster, it is under construction at this very moment(thought it would never start back up again.)

Ok, but that doesn't change my theory...

Hes right about the Hyper at SFM its actually the Spannish version of Superman: The Escape.

Can't speak spannish though so it was translated lol. They may of used Goliath on the SFH one because they aleready have a superman coaster. If your right with your theory that is lol

Anyway i can see it now Six Flags Magic Mountain Presents Louis Lane: Ultimate Flight. Hmmm dosent have the same ring to it :p

How about dueling launch coasters called, "Superman vs Batman: Battle Of the tights".

Coming Soon: Coasters "American" Style.

DWeaver, we're talking about the real coasters here.

I'm waiting for someone with something to oppose my theory :-)

I could look outside the SF chain and find several attrocious names. Most of my friends who are NOT enthusiasts think Superman and Batman are awesome names. When I remind them that SF tends to recycle names for other parks, their general response is, "SO"?
