Well then. If you don't plan to buy it, don't rant about it here. Some of us actually want to discuss the new features.-MarimbaGuy87, who thinks B&M ROCKS will end up buying RCT2:WW anyway...

I knew someone would say that....lol
But as of right now, unless i see some new rides, I am not buying it. I am not ranting. I am just posting a negative opinion about the game, and the direction it is heading in.

Why don't they go right to work with RCT3 and have Cedar Fair parks?------------------

I don't wanna be your Saddam Hussein baby!
I'm almost 100% sure this won't be in the RCT series though.

YOUNGSTOWN 2010If the recreations are as crap as the Six Flags ones, then I rather them not bother. Imagine all of Cedar Point's flat rides represented by an enterprise, scrambed eggs (twister), etc. Or totally missing like the ones in SFGAdv.
Give me a break. Cedar Fair, L.P. is not a freakin' brand like Six Flags is. I will assume you all know that Infogrames and Six Flags signed a limited contract that resulted in both sides benefiting from it. The games would be sold at most if not all Six Flags parks, printed in the pages of the park guides/maps and most people across the nation know what "Six Flags" is, therefore boosting the initiative to buy. I can assure you 1/50 of the people in the nation are not familiar with "Cedar Fair."
And on the other hand, Six Flags benefits from allowing Infogrames to publish their parks, brand name and logo. Because the game players will be exploring THEIR parks.

But, I'm sure at least 1 out of 50 would associate Cedar Fair with Cedar Point. :)------------------

Sorry buddy. If i mention Cedar point here in NY, VERY few people will know what i am talking about. Maybe one out of 100...

"Grit Your Teeth, Bare The Load, Enjoy your ride, on Thunder Road"
You know what I'd like to see besides more flat rides (Flying Bobs work with so many themes!) is more staffing positions- have it so you have to hire ride operators and the number you assign each ride would then determine how fast it loads and unloads...
As far as the extravigant (sp?) themes I am actually looking forward to the new sky scrapers as I enjoy theming the areas around my parks too- they could be the park's hotels, the business center accross from Paramount's Great America, and so on.
I too would also like to see more recreations of actual parks and if anyone has an alton towers senerio for RCT2 i'd like to have it!

I always thought it would be a simple flat, but why not something like the old Cajun CLiffhanger at SFGAM, all you would really have to do is make people scream and thats about it. No moving parts or anything.
