VIPER GOING TO OPEN!

*Tapping fingers*....and I got all excited over Tidal Wave's return for nothing! :(

Model coasters and rides
Legendary,

As much as I respect your opinion on Viper, I also respect the opinion of Kyle, and to be honest, semi-agree with him. While I think it is good ANY coaster will re-open ( it could bring good things to a park in the future afterall), I myself don't consider Viper to be a very pleasant ride. I have ridden it a total of 2 times and that was enough for me.

I really like the design concept of the coaster, but for me, it simply doesn't provide a comfortable ride. Viper is actually one of the few coasters I have no desire to ride again in it's current state of operation. If things change and a modification was made to the trains or track, then perhaps I would give it another try, but if it continues to operate like it did when I rode it last, then I will be waiting for you at the exit, or better yet, riding the nearby Medusa. =:^)

-Sean

Given that EVERY time I've been to Great Adventure since they added Viper, it's been closed, *I* at least am glad if it reopens.

Maybe now I can add the darn thing to my track record :)

(You see, if I can add at least 15 coasters to my track record before July, then I can hit #200 during the UK leg of the ACE Euro tour! :) )

I asked a guy who I think "knows" Gadv hes reliable, And i asked why it closed he said "I do know but thats confidental" Then i said will there be any modifications? "not that i know of"
What are you trying to say B&R?
Thats if/when viper opens it will be the same coaster as before. Does anyone actually positivly know why it closed? I know someone does and will tell us.....Please :(

Why does it seem that in the last few months everyone (not everyone but some) have become very angry? It seems like they act like they are the coaster god and they know everyting and can tell other people what to do! Sorry I had to post this but GROW UP

And in a side note THIS IS CAPS EVERYONE GET MAD! LOL

I for one won't be excited if they reopen Viper, even though I only rode it once, but, I'd be very excited for 2Hostyl to ride it since he owns the t-shirt and has not ridden it.
People dont know much they thought Viper was going to be demolished because the t-shirts where going on sale.

Sorry Peabody I forgot to read my post.

You're right.  People don't "no" much....like speling and grammar. :) (please don't take that in a hostile tone)

Edit: Hey it's no biggie man, I'm really bad at spelling. THank god for spell check!

Although the park doesn't "like" answering questions, all good guest relations in parks DO.. and SHOULD.... regardless.

Umm ravenguy, why would they put out an email address if they did NOT want potential guests to ask them questions? Dont you realize that someone's job description actually *includes* "fend of questions from enthusiasts".

Different questions maybe, but NOT the same one over and over and over again from different people. How would you like it if everyone here emailed you the same thing again and again?

Damn RGW, you beat me to it. But really buf, it wouldnt matter how I "felt" about it. If it was my job I'd either deal with it or get a new one. I'm sure sweeps get tired of the "Where's the bathroom" question, but oh well too bad!

I wrote and I got a pleasant message from this gal named Kristin that Viper will be open with major track work.  That email from her was so sweet...I almost wrote and asked her for her number.

Yes, it is the job to asnswer questions.  SHOULD it be there job to answer "Is Viper Going to re open" and ""With modifications" and "what are you getting new next year" and "Why don't you get another B&M, B&M rocks!" and "when are you putting lap bars on GASM" over, and over, and over again?

Not to mention that none of these are life or death questions.  You could just *gasp* let the park do their job and announce what they want to announce when they want to.

Okay, well I'm still waiting for PKI and PKD to announce that FoF has new restraints. Or GAdv to say the same for Robin-Chiller. Obviously, parks dont *always* announce what they're doing. Sometimes its best to ask.

Yeah, but there are 3 people that wrote 3 seperate e-mails asking basically the same thing.  I'm just saying....go find something better to do with your time.  After a while, it just portrays enthusiasts in a bad light.

Idle hands were orient to her.

So it's ok to email Holiday World but not anyone else? Let's just say we'll agree to disagree on this point and move on.
