Shockwave was the tallest until GASM came along a year later, then came Magnum. Viper's only title it ever held (and I think it still does as SP has been changed) is tallest looper. That'll be shattered soon by the Vekoma SLC in Europe. That thing will have a loop taller than Viper's 1st hill.
