Uploading scenarios on CBGames

Just a nitpick: when you click "upload" to put a file on the CBGames page, it asks as step one "coaster type" even if that's not the type of file you're intending to upload.

I was uploading a scenario, and this sort of threw me off at first... I tried uploading again from the RCT2 scenarios page instead of the main page, but the same prompt came up. After that I just figured I'd go on anyhow and saw that in the next step I could choose an RCT2 scenario as an option... maybe the type of file could be on the first page instead of the file name?

Or, perhaps, I'm just not the sharpest knife at the barbeque.

Curious how a scenario becomes a "Coasterbuzz official scenario." Is it just your (Jeff's) discretion after it's up there?
