I'd bet you any amount of money that you didnt get much air in 1.3 of BOSS. Why? Because BOSS has no 1.3 The G-trains are two rows per car so you much be thinking of 1.2 (which, incidentally caused me so much pain I couldnt really enjoy the ride)
Ooops, my bad. You are quite correct. It was 1.2. I am so used to reffering to 1.3 on my two favorite woods, Viper and Blue Streak. Anyhoo, I did experience some pain from the laterals as my legs got crushed into the side of the lapbar but it was worth it for the airtime. I even figured that I got more airtime in the left side of 1.2 over the right side of 1.2. Go figure!

SFWoA's SLC, Serial Thriller, is a great coaster with the newly padded restraints. I might even like it more than the green invert down the coast (blasphemy!).
X-Flight doesn't get near the love it deserves, either. If there were a B&M stamp on this ride, you'd all love it. Better layout, more intense moments, and just as smooth when compared to Superman: Ultimate Flight.
Other candidates: Blue Streak, Disaster Transport (CP), Demon, Iron Wolf (SFGAm), Loch Ness Monster (BGW), Adventure Express, Vortex (PKI), and Ninja (SFoG).

Why do you have to have a license to own a dog, but not to have a child?
I loved the sidewinder, also the boomerang at Sfdl.
Double Loop at Sfwoa is pretty cool.
iron wolf(sfgam) this ride is awesome its smooth as glass too. its an intense beemer that everyone should love

Well, there's definitely one SLC that I didn't mind as much as the others (mixed praise ;) ) -- Traumatizer at Southport Pleasureland was a LOT more enjoyable than the installations at SFKK, SFWoA, and SFA. Of course, the fact that we were all already in love with Pleasureland by that point probably didn't hurt.
I'm also a big fan of PKD's Hurler, which takes a lot of knocks. It's not the most consistent of woodies, but when it's on, it's ON. (SFKK's Thunder Run is another great woodie, but I haven't heard as many complaints about that one so I can't say if it fits in this category)

1. S:RoS @ SFNE 2. Yankee Cannonball 3. Cyclone/B:TDK
Reading GregLeg's post got me "thinking"....(or at least started something remotely resembling brain activity)....
Are we talking "unpopular" as in rated as POOR by most who have ridden it, or that not many people have ridden it....

I "got" Texas Giant.... and it's still one of my favorite coasters! I've never ridden any coaster that matched its beautiful wildness and speed...
It's not always "hated"... yet still "disliked."

Do you believe?
I just can't tear myself away from Raging Wolf Bobs at SFWoA. I love that back seat. I've ridden more than any other coaster that I've ridden. Probably cuz there's been no lines tho.

Thunder Run is one of my Top 10. Impressive air and great lateral and positive Gs. It must lose points for being in SFKK.
I guess you either love X-Flight or you don't. I haven't been on a B&M flyer yet, but the experience of soaring through the air like a superhero (OK, superheroes don't wear cross-chest restraints, but hey...)? Give me more - I love it. It's my #1 steel, but probably only because I haven't been on any other flyers.
