Unlimited soda at Cedar Point without a souvenir bottle?

They do have caffeine free Coke in the Freestyle Machines

"Heavily medicated for your safety!"

Wow...I have never seen caffeine free Coke as a fountain drink before. That was one of my pet peeves when I wasn't allowed any caffeine at all. Nothing good to drink in restaurants. I was so sick of the taste of Sprite.

Most wine contains no caffeine. Always a good "go to" when one tires of Sprite.

Or water.

Water and wine.

Jesus.

Merry Christmas!

Ha ha my Smirnoff this evening has no caffeine either ;) I'm usually driving when we go to the park...

I am also not a fan of lugging around something that I have to take care of all day.

I also do not like the Freestyle Machines. You taste all the remnants of many of the flavors you don't want. Just give me a regular Coke or Pepsi. I realize - like always - I am in the minority about this.

Are we still talking about soda cups?

But then again, what do I know?

You may be in the minority, but you're not alone. I can't stand them. The mix is always heavy on carbonated water and the spigot constantly drips sticky carbonated water on your hand when you're getting ice. People take their their time using them because of the choices. I'm surprised they weren't more of a passing fad. They're a terrible deal for operators. The equipment is typically free, but the product and service costs are more expensive than traditional fountains.

The only place I have ever used the Freestyle machines are at Pei Wei and in the cafeteria where I work. I have never had a problem with them in regards to flavor. Doesn't taste any different than a normal fountain machine. On occasion I do run into someone taking their time but usually they step aside and tell me to go ahead.

I had a big problem with the Coke Freestyle machine at Kings Island, but that was due to employee incompetency, and not the machine itself.

I have noticed that with more people get used to using the Coke Freestyle machines everywhere, they take less time using the machine. It seems like familiarity affects speed of use.

I love the Freestyle machines because of all the choices, especially in the zero calorie category. I've never had a problem with unwanted flavors mixing, but I suppose you can just rinse the dispenser by dispensing some water into the drain before dispensing your drink. I bet unwanted flavors or light/heavy syrup is just a misadjusted or malfunctioning machine however.

I'd rather be in my boat with a drink on the rocks, than in the drink with a boat on the rocks.

I don't like the freestyle machines. Every combo I get tastes like crap. Unless you're getting one of the "prime" sodas, whatever mix I make ends up tasting like a store brand drink.

I also don't get why certain flavors are limited to certain base drinks. Peach sprite? OK. Peach ginger ale? Nope. Why?

Hi

Because you have bad taste.

I tend to get orange Sprite and lime Coke. Not at the same time.

I like to make a Suicide. It takes about a half hour, though.

Sorry, folks behind me!

RCMAC use the Coke Freestyle App to do that. It will cut your Suicide Making Time in half!

Indeed. The Freestyle Machines suck red balls. The souvenir cup was even worse; filthy and always in the way.
