Turbulence cancelled at Hersheypark, park sues manufacturer

Hersheypark announced their 2005 coaster, Turbulence, has been cancelled. Park officials say the manufacturer, Interactive Rides, wouldn't deliver ride to contract specifications. The park filed suit in federal court after the manufacturer raised the price from $2 million by an additional $1.2 million.
