Hmmm...I think you should be penalized cool points for knowing what they are let alone even using the word cool. It's so....like...half a centure ago? (and to be fair, cool points should be subtracted for using the phrase I just used)

I don't think cool has gone out of style. High school kids still use it all the time. Admittedly maybe they say it in a much "cooler" way now... but it has stood the test of time unlike alot of other words kids were using in the 80's.
That is too funny, I haven't heard anyone say "cool points" since I was in high school, that was such a cool thing back then.
They also use that phrase in the episode of Friends when they play strip-Happy Days Game.
