Who knows if CP would allow a show, but reality shows aren't all that real. It is all edited to tell whatever story they want to tell, even scripted to a certain extent.
Anyone remember the "reality" show about Southwest Airlines? I'm sure there are lots of things that Southwest would not want shown, but the show was edited to make Southwest employees and the company look really good, while still having plenty of crazy stories. A CP "reality" show could be something similar.
