Mantis seems to have been repainted... except a few sections where you can see supports that only been half repainted! It looks rather odd, lol! You can see in some of my pictures of Mantis where some supports were not or partially painted.
It appears to me that Magnum has not been repainted at all. I'm not complaining, I don't think it looks that bad! (as long as noone knows its supposed to be red ;))
Blue Streak's new paint job still looks great! It is also still giving great air just as always! It does run a little rough, hey, if its smooth, why should it be a wooden?!
Wicked Twister back to full power! It is incredible! The new supports look kind of funky though, LOL! Actually the first two runs are halfway so you only go all the way up each spike once. The ride is still incredible, except lake winds blowing when it was 55 degrees!
Raptor has not changed at all, except maybe a bit of headbanging, but not Arrow headbanging. They were running it with no mid course braking so it was also much faster, which might have caused the headbanging. It was still an amazing ride.
Gemini was only running one side... so I wouldn't expect a lot of racing on non - busy days, if any!
Mean Streak was broken down, as usual.
Disaster Transport was running very fast... I'm not sure if that was because of something weird or what! Do they ever trim you on mid courses, because there was no trimming at all.
Millennium Force was running all three trains. I didn't hear any of them making screeching noises or anything. They appeared to be going full speed. It looks like they are putting stone over those tunnels now, though. Anyways, its still the same incredible ride!
Wildcat's paint job looks cool, I like it very much!
Draggin' Iron is running same old, same old... except it seems like they are using A LOT more mist, because before, we were hardly touched by it, now you go right though it... get somewhat wet actually!
OK, the moment you've all been waiting for... TOP THRILL DRAGSTER.
It starts off that you sit down and put your seatbelt on and your lapbar down, then an op come and tugs on you seatbelt and forces your lapbar down. Then you roll to the launch area. You are greeting by revving noises. It seems to last forever. You just don't know when it will launch. Suddenly it rips you down the launch stretch, and takes your picture, then you zoom up the tower, G-Forces slamming you into the seat. You crest the tower with some prolonged air, before going raging back down, staring 400 feet down to the ground, spiraling through a 270*. G-Forces slam you into your seat again, and you are back down. Your picture is taken, and you gradually slow down. The op asks, "How was your ride," and everyone screams and claps. This ride is PHENOMENAL.

I had video including a close up of the launch but noone would host. So there.

just curious, how crowded was the park, and how long was the wait for MF, raptor, and mantis?
------------------
Summer 03-CP, HP, Canobie, SFNE, SFWOA, and SFGAm.
Yeah, I was also wondering what the wait times were for the coasters. What color did they paint Wildcat?
Wicked Twister is running all out now with the added supports.
Raptor was running nearly trimless...just a couple touches when going through the mid course brakes. Smooth as silk today, and not a bit of headbanging for us.
Gemini only running the red side because blue vallied (sp?) and ops were told not to run it.
Dragster rocks! We were in 3-1 and even though the ops made sure the restraint was snug, you could still feel the weightlessness at the top. Christmas tree lights were up, but not working yet. Tower lights are still on order apparently).
I'll put up a full trip report with pictures in the trip report section later.
