I think that cedar point's running of the bulls will definatley change directions. TTD creates the "New Coaster Effect" on the GP. And this is always good for queue times on other rides. The last 2 years at SFGAm have been great because of this. But it'll eventually wear off and MF will be a 2 1/2 hour wait again next year.

Jeff you hit the nail right on the head describing the front car ride. I got a new definition of stapeling in the station(with a size 10 Reebok, ouch), but I don't think it mattered at all because I was absolutely flattened during the launch and never had any airtime. This was beyond positive g's. This ride cannot be described, people wouldn't believe me if I tried. My hands were shaking so much that I couldn't sign my debit slip at the photo booth! I can't wait to ride the back car and compare experiences, but the front car was just insane. I have never been so rocked by a ride in my entire life. Sir, may I please have another? ;)

Yes, but then TTD will be a 90 minute wait, and everything will be right with the world. :)

It's really stunning to think about the sheer number of world class coasters there. I don't mean above-average coasters, but seriously top 50 coasters in the world... TTD, MF, Magnum, Raptor, and to an extent, WT. No other park has anything near that.

Speaking of Wicked Twister, I wonder how lame that ride's gonna be this year... ;)

I-Nar, why is WT gonna be lame? What did they do to neuter for the new season?

The launch definitely seems weak now to be sure, but any launch including Hypersonuc seems weak after Dragster.
