To Eat Or Not To Eat

I can eat an entire meal in line for a ride and not get sick. Because i've done it before,in line for runaway mountain at SFOT, and that does a lot of Spirals too. *** This post was edited by TITAN_FAN_13 on 6/4/2001. ***
I've learned this from experience. Do not ride any coaster that is 2.5Gs or above on a empty stomach. YOU WILL FEEL REALLY ILL. I did that at Carowinds, No lines so I rode Top Gun 32 times that day, and I ate nothing, That night I felt so ill and my pulse was so rapid, It was terrible. So the moral is, eat in moderation and eat like you would at home.
The secret (IMO) is to eat small meals throughout the day so that you are never hungry nor are you ever STUFFED! Americans tend to eat giant and less frequent meals. I find my body and my mind work much better by having a little something (an order of homemade fries at CP or a slice of pizza, for example) every 3-4 hours or so. It's a sensible way to eat and it keeps your motor running on an even keel (like it's supposed to).
Ate a chill dog, fries and a soda then rode S:ROS for the very first time ever. I was just fine, in fact jumped right back in line (too bad the chain broke for the second time...)
lata,
