Thread Subscription Go to Newest Post

This is a super minor tweak, but since I noticed I thought I would mention it.

For threads you subscribe to, the email notifications contain a link to the overall thread. It would be nice if it would jump to the latest post you haven't read since that is probably the reason you subscribed to it in the first place.

Seems like a "?go=newest" is the only difference. Maybe having a link to each?

In v9 the link will have a different format, but regardless, I changed the work item for that to include your suggestion, so I'll set it up that way.
