Thread page links

This shouldn't be too hard but it would help a lot. Do you think you could put a link to the extra pages of a thread at the top of the page? For example. on the "grass" thread, I keep ending up scrolling down through page one to get to the links to page five.

That is possible, but alas, it will have to go to the next version. v5.0 is gold and shipping, and I'd like to move on to other things for awhile. The next version will be a total rewrite.
