You are aware that what you did is considered vandalism and is definitely against the park rules. It saddens me that a coaster enthusiast would deliberately deface park property.

What IS the deal with Cincy and chili...it supposed to be some sort of *Chili Capital* or something. It's OK at best....go to the southwest if you want "real" chili that tastes good (read: spicy). Even the SoCal'ers get good chili....but I certainly got none in "the queen city" that I thought merited a letter home to mom....
At KBF, the first thing I ride when I get to the park (and usually the last thing before I leave) is Ghostrider. I also make sure to get a couple rides on Montezooma's Revenge, at least one ride on Calico Mine Ride, and as many rides as possible on Xcelerator.
I have a few favorite spots where I always sit down to relax. If I'm not on a ride or waiting in line I can usually be found either behind the church, right outside of Wilderness Dance Hall, or in Fiesta Village right across from Jaguar. The last two spots are pretty recent, I worked Underground (in Fiesta Village) for Haunt 2001 and Horrorwood (Wilderness Dance Hall) for Haunt 2002, and for some reason I'm just drawn to those two locations now. I'm hoping I'll get to work Horrorwood again (as a monster this time) for Haunt 2003.
Of course, no day at Knott's would be complete without a funnel cake with boysenberry topping.
Let's see, at IB we always park in the south lot because I love the view walking over the bridge. Always end the night with CB and an elepant ear for the walk to the car.
Even though I was only at Knoebles once, I will always get potato cakes and grab rings on the carousel.(Hoping to get there at least once in 03)
Frank- hoping to start many more traditions for himself next season.

Is that a Q-bot in your pocket or are you just happy to see me?
I would always head over to Shockwave, no matter what. First thing Shockwave last row left seat, nearest the lift in the station. Watch over the park on the lift plan out the day. Get that wonderful high G sensation on the double loops, get launched over to the right on the entrance to the Mid course.
Crap, now I have that depressed, nostalgic feeling. anyway it was that then Batman and the Whirligig.
At SFGAm my main goal is to ride every coaster at least once everytime im there. I also usually try to take a ride on Sky Trek Tower and East River Crawler everytime.
At Indiana Beach it has become tradition to get an Elephant Ear everytime im there.

You are not alone, my friend. I can not for the life of me figure out what the appeal of that bland, watery stuff they pass off for 'chili' is in Cinci. Different strokes for different folks, I guess.
EV - We always call that one the 'log ride.'

Cincinnati chili is not chili, but it is good.
For those who have no idea what it is, you eat it like spaghetti sauce on top of spaghetti with cheese and onions on top, or on coney dogs. It has a distinct cinammon taste and a slight spiciness that kicks in after a few bites.
I love it, but not as much as I love spicy "chili" chili.

A day is a drop of water in the ocean of eternity. A week is seven drops.
At SFGAm: First ride of the day is Triple Play, first coaster is Viper, lunch at Mooseburger, ALWAYS go counter-clockwise and NEVER double back, finish the night with ice cream from the Firehouse for the trip back to the car.
At IB: Park in the north lot, World's Best Tacos, Cornball, Cornball, Cornball (a "newer" tradition, anyway), feeding the carp first thing in the morning, Skyroom for dinner, the Fascination hour, the Skee Ball 30 minutes...

At SFA, I don't know that I do any particular ride "every" time I go because their rides are just not that reliable. Coasters aside, we do Typhoon every time it is open and we do the wave swinger every time we can...wave swingers are one of my fave rides so I do that just about every time I go to any park.
At Hershey, we do the wave swinger and Flying Falcon during most visits.
WOF - always walk through Camp Snoopy and enjoy watching the little kids have fun
SFStL - always buy a cone from First Cone and then eat it in the Scooby Doo ride's queue
SDC - always eat at Lumberjack's and then buy taffy from the sweet shop near the Frisco Silver Dollar Line
Adventureland - always have lunch at the the magic show (while watching it of course) or at Soda and Sounds

Cedar Downs, though I can't really call 'The Point' my home park anymore. It was a big thrill for little me back at the end of the 60s and beginning of the 70s.
Fond memories, a sign of aging? Slap me, I'm sounding old.
My homepark during the summer is PKD, and although I also work there, I do spend a good amount of time there as a guest as well. My main tradition here is a mini-marathon on the Grizzly or Hurler last thing at night. This has shifted over to the Hurler since alot of people get on Grizzly on their way out of the park from the Hypersonic now. My records are 12 rides on the Grizzly in a row, and 15 on the Hurler. My other homepark is Kennywood while I am at college (spring and autumn seasons obviously) and there I must ride all of the woodens (all classic), and enjoy my Potato Patch fries with Cheese. Has anyone figured out what Pittsburghers have for fries with gravy on them? Just out of Curiousity
