The impossible is possible

Take SOB and Raven as examples. SOB was touted as the next coming of Jesus, and Raven got very little publicity when it came out, as a relatively small wooden coaster at a little known park. Now, which one is better?

It really depends on who you ask. I think The Raven is more reridable and has an excellent fun factor, but I like SOB more. But on the other hand, I just plainly like Magnum more in all areas pretty much over Millennium Force, so what the heck do I know? :)

Didn't SF St Louis have a stand-up mine train? If I remember right, someone fell out and was seriously injured, maybe killed. Granted, the technology of today is very different than in the early 80's, but the thrill of stand-ups is the sense of flying (hence the move to flyers). Without inversions et al, I don't see it flying. Add that with the SF issue (even though it was almost 2 years ago) and I see stand-up woodies (no pun intended) as impractical.
