The Best State to Live In for Coasters

I know many of you are going to say Ohio, but I think there are other good places to live to get the most coasters for your money. California, Florida, and Texas are probably all second best, along with maybee Virginia and Pennsylvania.
Probably Ohio and California.
All honesty, I would say Florida. They have the best weather (I love heat), top notch coasters and just great quality parks.

Other than Ohio and California, Eastern PA has to be good. It's nice, has 2 great parks an hour away from each other, Dorney is 1 1/2 hours away from SFGAd.

Also flordia and Virgina.

Let the bears pay the Bear Tax, I pay the Homer Tax.
OHIO!!!!It has a lot of coasters, that are world renowned, and they're pretty close. Other than the California, or Jersey.

I would **love** to have a house on the Ohio and Pennsylvania state line!! I would assume (not sure, that there are more coasters in those two combined states than anywhere in the wrold.

Everybodys got something to hide except for me and my monkey!
Ohio is definitly best even though the wether because Cedar Ppoint opens and doesnt close because of the weather.California is 2nd,jersey is 3rd,Penn. is 4th,Texas and Florida are close for 5th.

Cedar Point, doesn't get any better then that:)
Ohio, that's a give away...
Weather aside,i am going to Say NJ but, this is just my opinion and it may not be the best but, here are my reasons...
1) Besides SFgadv we have tons of boardwalks and many of them include a coaster or two and,i know alot of them are portables but, they are still coasters.
2) it is only a 3 hour Ride to Sfa and a 6 hour ride to Virginia so,PKD and BGW aren't more then a day trip.

I guess Maryland and Virginia would be good to!! Ok i am probably wrong when i say NJ but,i am thankful i Live so close to all of these places :)

Oh, don't forget SFA in maryland, we here in VA have 2 parks, plus SFA in MD which may as well be called the DC park (SFDC sounds better to me than SFA), plus we can drive easily to the PA parks.

Ohio!!! That's easy. CP, SFWoA, and PKI. We're also close to many of the PA parks. Best coaster location in the WORLD!

I live in Western PA and I really like the location. Kennywood is 45 mins away from me. SFWoA is about 2 hours away (although I don't consider that a luxury), and Cedar Point, Knoebels, Hershey, Lakemont, Del Grosso's, and Idlewild aren't too far either.

Gee, I guess I'm lucky, eh? I live in PA, 15 minutes away from the Ohio border. Kennywood is an hour away, SFWoA is an hour and a half, Cedar Point is two and a half, PKI is four and a half, Hershey is about 3 hours, Dorney and Knoebels are about 5 hours away, and SFGAd and SFA are about six hours away!

The Pens will win the Stanley Cup in 2002!
definetly ohio. i live in cleveland and i am 15-20 minutes from SFWoA and an hour & 15 away from CP and 4 hours from PKI. i am also within good distance of the eastern PA parks. ohio has got to be the best state.
