I'm not sure if this has been discussed before but after reading the last Rollercoaster magazine sent to me by ACE I noticed that it says B&M will open 3 flying coasters at Alton Towers, Six Flags over Georgia, AND Six Flags Mexico. Has anyone heard anything about the 3rd B&M flyer at SF Mexico.
And by the way for the ACEers who get the magazine it's on 27 in the couple of sentences above the title "X-TREME X-CITEMENT"

Nice, ravenguy, way to welcome the newbie...
Anyhoot, Lallen, Kraken actually already has three trim brakes on the course since opening. One at the top of the lift, one exiting the 0-G roll, and one after the second vertical loop.
Thankfully, none of those are in use!

I don't care if she's been here for 10 seconds or 10 years, reading the thread before you post benefits us all.

Yeah, so Lallen, honestly, we're not all pricks like ravenguy...some of us realize people make mistakes and are human afterall.
Don't let jerks like him get to ya, and you'll be fine! Welcome aboard!

That's not a trim. At least I don't think it is. It's a speed measuring thingy or something. Someone else can explain it better than me. The trims on Kraken aren't on, either.

RG's and JC's panty twisting contest aside, Vertigo what the hell do you mean *another*? Assuming what you say about Mexican Medusa is true, what *other* SF CCI has been sent "down the drain" due to trims? I didnt notice any on the Twisted Sister-twins. I *know* there are none on Villain. And I only recall the MCBR on BOSS and to my knowledge that has been activated since day one and *still* gets good reviews. I think your just trying to jump on the S.S. "Six Flags Haters" cruise ship. Please lets stick to cussing them out about things that thery actually screw up.

It's a trim. It's there in case SWO in the future wanted to cut some speed down in the first three inversions for whatever reason. They wouldn't have to add a trim after it was open all the way up on top since it's already there.
BTW, I agree with you Jeremy, SF hasn't ruined any CCI's that I can think of. Boss MAYBE opening year, but last year it was runnin' mighty fine. Villain is usually greased up as well. Twisted Sisters however was squealing horribly the day after SRM.

Im the #1 Canobie Lake Park Fan!!!These are my top 3 coasters:
1. S:RoS @ SFNE 2. Yankee Cannonball 3. Cyclone
Just wanted to note that if you weren't aware of Mexico's Medusa ride, or teh details of the rides (B&M vs. CCI Medusas), then I can see how it would be easy to misunderstand which ride was being discussed earlier.I'd say you could ease up on the new people a bit. Remember, there was a time you only knew a coaster was Wooden or steel and the name it was christened with.
Back to the topic, I really need to send in my membership for ACE. It certainly would make a nice addition to the park, and might give me a reason to travel for a visit. I'm a little heartbroken about the trims if it's true, since descriptions of the ride were pretty favorable early on.
