The website says "late spring." Memorial Day seems to be the pattern for Six Flags, especially parks that open early in the spring (this weekend for us!)

They must have quite an extensive testing regimen. I'd imagine because it is an entirely new system.
I will be there next week for 4 days during Spring Break. I emailed them and asked if it would be running. Reply was not at that time. No date was given.I am crossing my fingers though, knowing parks don't want to advertise a new ride opening before it's ready. Only to have people show up for it and it's not running.

Well, this sucks for me as well. I need to have the meeting on a Monday in May...and Memorial Day is out. I guess I will need to find a day to sneak away from Bowl Expo to try it out in late June.
Well, if it's your choice you might as well go for "as late as possible." Just because Six Flags tends to open new rides for Memorial Day, doesn't mean this one won't open another day.

FWIW, I just now saw a FB mesage looking for riders for a commercial shoot this Thursday...sure wish I could be one of those lucky few, 'cause that thing looks amazeballs!

Ding Ding Ding! I set the meeting up for the first Monday in May, so it looks fairly promising for me to try it out on that Sunday. Now it's up to Mother Nature and other things out of my control.
