Taking a look at the RCT forum?

I don't know if you do this Jeff (or any other mods,) but when is the last time you looked in there? There are tons of "I want this park"/"send me your parks!"/"where can I get parks?" topics. I usually don't expect any new topics with much valueable information (the game is almost 4 years old), but I still would think you try to keep that forum to the same standards as the rest (no repeat topics.)

In all honesty, no I haven't been in there for awhile. I keep thinking it's time to retire the forum, then the game sprints back into the PC Data top 10. When will it ever end?

Since I am not into coaster games, I rarely view that forum.

I was going to suggest retiring that forum too, or maybe incorporating both the No-Limits forum and the RCT one for a general Games forum

The No Limits, and RCT forum one?  That would be crazy, you would have to put things like "Cant install RCT", the way it is now you know they are talking about RCT because, it is in a diffrent forum.

Don't get rid of them or combine them. Just maybe keep a closer eye on them. They are fine just the way they are.

Ah, but "keeping a closer eye on them" is the problem.  None of the moderators (including me) spend much time there anymore.  Traffic is down in the RCT forum anyway, and other sites are better suited to RCT information (if you can filter through all the crap on them).

I say keep them apart and don't retire it.  Because once RCT 2 comes out, it will be a very popular forum again, and there is already a thread about Christ Sawyer creating the 2nd RCT, so it isn't far off.
I've been on this site for a decent amount of time, and rarely go to RCT. I think it should be retired, or combined into one, "Coaster Games" forum.

The sad thing is,... is that when I joined coasterbuzz......................I was already tired of RCT; however the game has led me into an entire differant era of my life. This mode that I am currently in is the nirvana that I have always searched for. Now I look for RCT II as I have for many months, abviously it is a secret that will hopefully be revieled in the near future. Until then I believe that the RCT forum should stay alive and hopefully FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think you should keep the forum because it really helped me when I got Windows XP! Since I was using Win 95 before I did not know that you had to go to the RCT website and download a patch, I asked how to work the RCT LL and peopel helped me there! SO I think you should keep this forum and since there are talks of a new RCT comming out soon it is pointless to get rid of it!

How right you are. One day I'll think maybe its time to get rid of my site's RCT section then I'll check my stats and see that 90% of my search engine hits are from RCT search queries.
