Suspended Coaster Question

Since, as I understand the law, the patents on the suspended coaster are expired, it might be nice to see what Intamin or B&M could do with the concept. Maybe even Vekoma. Hell, if Arrow wanted to take another swipe at the idea, that'd be cool, too.
