SFGAM is getting the same treatment. The supports have arrived and they are waiting on Intamin to come start the construction. The parks have nothing to do with this Intamin is in charge of it.

I don't think they would have to add anything to SFMW's V2, so what other impulses would be left?

Screaming Condor is a V2/SUE impulse, Linear Gale looks to have a different support system altogether.
